West Peak raises sights

PERTH, Apr 13 – Iron ore seeker West Peak Iron has raised the exploration target as it looks around for a rig to launch its maiden drill program at its 100% projects in central Liberia.
Geophysical modelling has established substantial iron targets at the Bomi South, Grand Bassa, Mount Koklun and Bobo Creek projects: 465-775Mt at 20-65% hematite itabirite target with the potential to provide direct shipping ore and/or beneficiated feed ore and 905-1510Mt at 20-40% Fe magnetite itabirite target with the potential to provide BFO.
Executive chairman David Parker says the increase in the global exploration target, and particularly the potential for significant hematite itabirite enrichment tonnage at the Grand Bassa, Mt Koklun and Bobo Creek projects, raised enthusiasm to advance the central Liberian projects.
